HOW TO MAKE YOUR BODY SUMMER READY!

Summer is pool time. Too many margaritas and unforgettable memories with your besties. Along with the sunshine comes an overwhelming stress of looking your best —it’s bikini season after all. But here’s the deal: stress isn’t going to get you anywhere. Hard work, goal setting and a handful of fitness classes will.

Setting goals is the first step to looking your summer best. Good things take time, and some fitness goals may require more than a few weeks to achieve. If you’re struggling to figure out where to start, take a look at some realistic fitness goals, along with a plan to achieve them, for inspiration.

1.DO A LOT OF CORE STRENGTHENING FOR THOSE FLAT ABS.
Engage your core most of the times in the day and see the result…you will feel your clothes getting looser!! Just TUCK IN YOUR TUMMY 30% WHILE BREATHING AND TALKING (CAN RELATE 30% TO TUCKING YOUR NAVAL JUST THAT MUCH THAT IT DOES NOT TOUCH YOUR SHIRT). Doing this throughout the day TONES UP YOUR TUMMY.

2.STRENGTH TRAINING-
If you want a leaner body, perform a circuit training protocol for the whole body, rather than just your abdominals to burn total body fat. Simple exercises such as Lunges, Pushups, Pull ups, chest curls, Squats etc can be done in the gym…15 repetitions /3 sets. Don’t forget to coordinate your core exercises with it…because that’s the key to your flat tummy!

3.FRESH MORNING WALKS
A 30-minute walk in the morning can change your life!A morning walk is easy on your joints and heart, and the fresh morning air can help calm your nerves, improve your mood, and keep you energetic and positive for the rest of the day. It’s a form of aerobic or cardio exercise which gets all your muscles moving and thus keeps you fit. Don’t forget to coordinate with your core.Engage your core all the time you walk.

4.MEDITATE FOR A STRESS FREE MIND-
Isn’t our mind the very essence of our being.Stress is responsible for making a mind dull and for triggering emotional and physical problems. A healthy mind keeps you calm and composed even at troubled times and this promotes good health. Listen to a soothing music and close your eyes for 10-15 minutes in a day. Doing this on a regular basis gets that glow on your skin and promotes good health.

Drink lots of lemon water to keep you hydrated. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and berries. Wear comfortable loose clothing for proper air hydration of body and of course to hide that extra fat! SO BET ON THESE TIPS AND BE SUMMER SMART!!
